The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View offers stunning views that make you feel like you’re in a perfect postcard. The balcony is a fantastic space for enjoying morning coffee while soaking in the scenery.

The atmosphere is disrupted by noise from the street. The bathroom could use better soundproofing, as it feels like the outside is right there, making it hard to relax. Climbing all the stairs can be quite the workout, especially if you're not in tip-top shape. It's charmingly rustic but has a slightly worn-out vibe that might not be to everyone's taste.

It was just a fine choice for a city break in Labuan Bajo with real value for money. The room had a lovely view of the sea each morning. Make sure to check for alternative breakfast spots nearby to avoid disappointment.

Beautiful view from the balcony.

During our stay, the shower drain was clogged. Even after it was fixed, a strong sewer smell lingered in the bathroom throughout. We also faced issues with warm water, which remained unavailable for our entire visit. Breakfast was disappointing, and I couldn’t get any assistance when I needed help sending a parcel to another island.
